All our signs have holes for hanging with screws or steel wires, so professional help is rarely needed to hang our signs. 
The acrylic plate is barely visible when the sign is illuminated and hanging on a wall. The sign has a 1.5 meter long transparent power cable (can be extended by contacting us) 
Since all our signs are made of LED neon flex, they consume very little power, emit almost no heat and are very durable. The LED has a lifespan of over 50,000 hours. In addition, our signs are also significantly cheaper than traditional glass tube neon signs.
Every sign (custom or existing design) comes standard with a dimmer function (increase/decrease brightness and on/off button). We also offer a remote control for your sign that allows you to dim (or brighten) the light, turn it on/off remotely and set the light to flash/glow in multiple patterns - ideal for controlling and customizing your sign Fits any situation - party, chill, mood etc. The remote control can be purchased here or via the pop-up that appears when you add a product to your shopping cart.
When outdoor signs are ordered, they are sealed watertight with silicone and end caps.
Please note that signs with a length of 100 cm or more are delivered in 2 or more pieces, otherwise they are too fragile.
When you order a customized sign, you also have the option to choose whether you want the acrylic plate to be square or cut to fit the design (we also offer to make the plate completely round, please send us an inquiry/email if you have something special).
OUR PRODUCTION
We make all signs by hand to order. Because we do not compromise on the quality of each sign, production takes 2-3 weeks. You can purchase Priority Production, which moves your order to the front of the queue and often ships within a week
BROADCAST
We ship 95% of our signs with PostNord, delivery time 1-2 working days. In a few cases, if the sign is very large, we use GLS (also 1-2 working days).
Yes, we do! The LED neon material we use has a lifespan of over 50,000 hours (approx. 10 years with normal use) according to the manufacturer. All signs are made of transparent acrylic sheet and are covered with a neutral silicone neon foil so that the sign is as invisible as possible in daylight. We guarantee your sign for 2 years. So if you have any problems with it, we will send you a new one.
Our neon signs generate relatively no heat, are made of silicone material and are therefore virtually unbreakable, energy efficient and very inexpensive compared to traditional glass tube neon signs.
Yes, we can produce waterproof versions for outdoor events and permanent outdoor installations. When filling out the order request form, please indicate that you would like a waterproof outdoor sign
Each sign is handmade, so the normal production time is 2-3 weeks. However, we reserve the right to unforeseen delays in production. We will not ship your sign until we are 100% satisfied with the quality and workmanship of the sign. This applies to all products, as all signs are made to order. After that, shipping with PostNord takes 1-3 working days.
Our LED neon signs are only 12 V (but come with a 230 V converter for your wall socket), so they operate at a much lower voltage than traditional neon signs. Because of the low voltage, there is no heat on the outer surface, even after several hours of operation.
Most of the illuminated signs we supply are intended for indoor use and are mounted on a transparent acrylic plate (making them easily portable), complete with a standard power plug that can be plugged into a standard wall socket. The sign can either be hung on the wall, suspended on a chain/string or placed on a flat surface. Illuminated signs for permanent outdoor use or very large illuminated signs require special installation, which we can help you with if you contact us before ordering.
The cable from the neon sign to the power plug is 3 meters long.
LED is one of the most energy-efficient lights available, and LED uses e.g. 4-5 times less electricity than halogen and even less than classic glass neon.
A typical one meter wide LED sign consumes approx. 80 watts per hour, and converted to kroner and öre we are talking about 40 öre per hour at today's prices (09.06.22). The amount varies, of course, depending on the size of the LED sign and the development of electricity prices.

ORDER
All our illuminated signs come with a 12-month warranty on materials and workmanship. However, this does not include damage caused by incorrect installation or physical damage during use.
We ship with either PostNord, DHL, GLS or DAO, depending on which country you order from and the size of your sign.

All signs are custom-made, so unfortunately we do not accept returns (unless there is an error, of course). All our products are covered by a 2-year complaint and warranty period.

Please note that it can take 6-9 business days from the time the return order is placed to the time it is received and processed. Refunds can take 2-3 business days depending on the bank and payment method.
