Yes! The LED neon material we use has a lifespan of 50,000+ hours from the manufacturer (about 10 years in normal use). All signs are made of transparent acrylic sheet and with neutral colored silicone neonflex so that the sign is as invisible as possible in daylight. Our warranty covers your sign for 2 years, so if you have any kind of problem with it, we will solve it.
Our neon signs produce relatively no heat, are made from silicone material so are almost unbreakable, energy efficient and very cheap compared to traditional glass tube neon.

In some cases, yes. If your sign is over 80 cm at its widest point, it will in some cases be made in several pieces. We do this both to prevent it from breaking during transportation, but also because it would otherwise be very fragile with a 200cm acrylic sheet in one large piece. Once the sign is hung, however, you hardly notice it.

Also note that signs over 80cm are not recommended for hanging on wire as the divisions on larger signs make it difficult in many cases. We therefore recommend hanging larger signs with our pro wall mounting kit. The shape of the acrylic sheet and the divisions on the mockups are only indicative, as it also depends on the size of your sign. Yes, we can produce waterproof versions for outdoor events and permanent outdoor installation. Please indicate that you want a waterproof sign for outdoor use when filling in the order request

Each sign is handmade so the normal production time is 2-3 weeks, however we reserve the right to unforeseen delays in production, we will only send your sign when we can be 100% satisfied with the quality and finish of the sign. This applies to all products as we make all signs to order. After that, shipping takes 1-3 business days with PostNord.

Our LED neon signs are only 12V (but come with a 230V converter for your socket) so they run on a much lower voltage than traditional neon. Because of the low voltage, no heat is generated on the outer surface, even after being switched on for many hours.

Most neon signs we supply are for indoor use and come mounted on a clear acrylic sheet (making them easy to carry), complete with a standard power plug that can be plugged into a normal socket. The sign can either be hung on the wall, suspended by a chain/string or placed on a level surface. Neon signs for permanent outdoor use or very large neon signs require special mounting, which we can help with if you contact us before ordering.

The cable from the neon sign to the power connector is a total of 3 metres long.

LED is one of the most energy-efficient lights you can get, and LED uses e.g. 4-5 times less power than halogen, and even less than classic glass neon.
A typical LED neon sign of 1 meter in width uses approx. 80 watts per hour, and converted to kroner and øre we are talking about 40 øre per hour, with today's prices (22/6/9). The amount varies of course with the size of the LED neon sign and the development of electricity prices.

We offer a 24-month warranty on materials and workmanship on all our neon signs. However, this does not include damage caused by incorrect installation or physical damage during use. We reserve the right to up to 20 mm deviation from the digital mockup as all signs are handmade.
